Sir... I live in Chennai, have a 2009 Bullet Electra 5S. What will be the rough cost to convert it to 500cc.
Roughly it will be around 65k. Which Includes engine overhauling and machining and cost of spares. Amount may vary depending on availability of spares...

No in this case you need to change the casing followed by the cylinder kit followed by head bend pipe. TCI wiring kit, ignition coil
