Nigerian cities, governors should be mandated by a federal law to make their state capital as clean, beautiful, planned and infrastructure as Abuja.. That would transform Nigeria into a first world country in no time.
😂😂😂😂😂 that isn't workable! The governors could in turn ask that the federal government allow for devolution of power and resource control! That way the state governments (some of them at least) can have the necessary budgets to impact the needed change! However, the problem isn't really about the presence of a federal law! It is more about the absence of local authority government/municipal councils! The governors do not want the autonomy of a proactive local government! They want to appoint the local authority chairpersons, as well as retaining full control of the purse strings!
Abuja is a plan city with good drainage system. Lagos only have buildings springing up everywhere. Learn to differentiate between structure from well plan city.
