Wrap vs No Wrap when cooking ribs

In various BBQ groups I belong to, the question comes up whether to wrap or not wrap when cooking ribs. Is using the 3-2-1 method better than smoking baby back ribs without wrapping them? I decided to do a test and see how 3,2,1 compares with no wrap ribs.
