Oh wow, this is absolutely stunning 😍 I love the bloom from the gold it adds a touch of luxury without being overpowering. I thought it would spread and overpower the piece. Thank you for sharing

Absolutely *GORGEOUS,* Nayanika! 😍 Your method goes to prove that "less is more"! Some artists have a very heavy hand when it comes to their colors and blooms, but yours always turn out SO nice! ❤😊💕 That floating gold is stunning, and works really well to assist the bloom by spreading, which it does extremely well! In fact, it usually spreads and spreads, and *spreads!* But you used just a tiny bit, and...gorgeousness. 😊👍
Thank you so much dear 💕 💕 💕

I use a vacuum chamber after I stir my colors in, its the only way to reduce bubbles
Thank you for the information 😘
Find a smaller vacuum chamber. They get all your bubbles out and you can use it after you add your color. Amazon has them in a 2 quart.
Thank you for the advice 🥰
I don't know what is available in your country, Nayanika, nor what brand or ratio of resin you use, but many resins are difficult to de-gas without a vacuum chamber. I know Teexpert and Let's Resin are both easier to de-gas than any others I have used (many cheap brands!), except for "Little Windows" (U.S. company). Teexpert and L.R. both ship internationally to most countries. Have you checked with them? I *think* both companies also have small vacuum chambers for not too much money, if you can save up for one. You will LOVE it, if you can get one!
Obviously, the thinner the resin (such as a deep pour), the more easily it de-gasses, but then you have to wait a good, long while for it to get thick enough to use for "blooms", sadly.
Only other thing I can think of is to place the Part A bottle (cap on!) into quite hot water (not boiling) and let sit for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how big the bottle is.
Oh, one other idea: spray 99-100% isopropyl alcohol into each cup of resin, then spray the mold. Last resort (especially for a bloom), spray the surface of the poured resin in the mold, before you start putting in your colors! If you do that last one, however, you'll need to wait until the alcohol is completely evaporated.
Thank you so much for the detailed information... I will try to find information about this vacuum chamber.
and it seems like the best thing I can do now is try using isopropyl alcohol.
I wish YT allowed links, I would just post them here, to the vac chambers I know about!
I have heard spritzing isopropyl alcohol on it can help with bubbles.
Yeahh.. Thankss for the information 🥰
HOLLLLLLY MAMA
