Introduced on February 14th, 2019 at the Canadian International Autoshow in Toronto, Ontario the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock expands on the capability and style of the Ram classic lineup.
Visually the Warlock uses the old Rebel grille and black powder coated bumpers, black fender flares, LED fog lights, black projector headlights and led taillights, black badging, tow hooks, unique hood decals, and the option of the Sport hood. Warlock decals also grace the bedsides of these trucks.
Functionally the Warlock comes standard with the 305 Horsepower Pentastar V6 that puts out 269 pound-feet of torque, the 395 horsepower 5.7 Hemi V8 is optional and develops 410 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are backed by the Torqueflite 8 speed automatic and the Warlock is available in 2 or 4 wheel drive. The Warlock gets a 1-inch suspension lift and heavy-duty rear shocks as standard.

The only thing I dont like is the interior colour. The grey is ugly. Wish they offered the black interior.

I’ve had my Warlock for 8 months, this truck is amazing, love everything about it! The only thing I agree with about this “review” are the tires. I swapped mine for BFG KO2’s which are awesome
tires for this truck. I don’t like quick reviews, speak to someone who’s actually had one for more than 5 mins!
Got mine 8 months ago also. It's the truck for me. I like everything about it. But as you said the tires are crap and those go this spring. Haven't driven it all winter but will next year.
how do the ko2s do in the winter city driving? I just got a 2021 and not looking to get a set of winter tires but something better.
I bought the new 2019 Ram warlock back in November 2019. I love my truck! I also have a 2012 Ford F-150 fx2
I took off its 20” wheels and put steel wheels with 285/75/17’s.
There is room to fit 35’s but it would be too tall to fit in my garage. Definitely the most bang for your buck.
Just bought a Warlock after having a 5th gen. Personally prefer the 4th gen. Rides more like a truck and can have a reasonably loaded truck without the unnecessary tech items I didn't want. In fact the only things missing compared to my 5th gen Laramie is leather and the sunroof, which are available but I didn't get.
I've been hearing about a ton of issues with the new Rams. I'm looking at buying one of the two right now here in NC. We shall see what deal I get on the new Ram. I found a patriot blue "Built to Serve" edition and I'm a US Navy veteran, so it speaks to me! We will be towing a travel trailer, so 3.92 gears, anti spin and 5.7 are a must.
Best looking trucks on the road in my opinion. The backseat to truck bed ratio is perfect for me. That's why I bought an 04 hemi ram. The thing obviously guzzles gas like nobody's business and sometimes I wish I would have gotten a v6 to save a some cash at the pump but at the end of the day I'm very glad I got the real deal beast.

Thank you for the background on the Warlock, I'd completely missed the February 2019 introduction. As a result I thought the Warlock was a decor package for leftover 2018 RAMs. I was hoping FCA would treat the RAM Classic series as a lower cost intro line of trucks. Without a price difference the 2019 1500 RAM is the obvious choice - you pick the trim level.
It's a bighorn with a rebel appearance package and slightly better shocks lol. I have a couple at my dealership, friggin $51k MSRP, I'd rather get a close to base Laramie for $48k.
It’s basically a revamped big horn. New grill and fender flares. Pretty much all it is. Good way for a company to sell old stocks.
I just got this truck last week. I literally traded in a 2019 Red eye due to finances and becoming a home owner in 2020 took a big 20k hit in negative equity in the trade and almost sick thinking about it still. I agree with you on this truck not worth it for corners Ram cutting building it. Led tail & bed lights but no led headlights ends up being a mixed mash of parts truck I’m now forced to make tolerable. A carven exhaust & some nitto tires are going on soon!
I have a 2019 ram 1500 classic tradesmen v8 got it for over 20,000 but now I really want the 2020 warlock if I can get it at a decent price like my ram

I like it. I'm sure with some hagglin and good credit you can get them down to 41 or 42k CAD. Still haven't warmed up to the new RAM look yet and I'm not sure I ever will.

I just purchased this truck and did not realize it would have the excessively loud mufflers! Other than that, nice truck for my horse needs, and farm use. What can I do to quiet the loud exhaust system????
The sound was the thing I liked when I test drove it but I can see the noise being annoying if you're moving livestock.
All terrain tires are available from the factory. Educate yourself about a product before doing a review. You can't get the new Ram with 4x4 and 5.7L motor for under 50k, You are not making an apples to apples comparison

I seen it as an option on window sticker for $350 . I think they called it protection package or something like that. Very few trucks have it.
Got my black on black warlock 4x4 v8 for 32k U.S. so far it's a great truck it's not as luxurious as big horn and rebels are but for 32k I couldn't beat the price for what I got if it were over 40k U.S. it's not a deal... it's a must see truck people are missing out on tho

IN Az in August but I looked 2 weeks ago and couldnt find any with same discount on msrp and hardly saw any more warlocks only thing I dont like is it isnt push to start and doesnt have the buttons on back of steering wheel to change music or turn up in down volume other then that it great

My one comment is that while what your expressing about price versus value in weather we should buy this truck in 2019 yes $45,000 is a lot of money for anyting but without question Ram 1500 Warlock is Far and Away a nicer better truck then so many of the other models available on the market Ram has been ahead of the competition for a long time I think it comes down more to a personal choice for example this warlock versus the brand new Chevy Silverado there's no comparison warlock wins from every perspective including something superficial like a styling perspective so excellent review but I think it's very subjective up to the person buying
Shit. I got a 2014 Chevy financed at 23k. With 5k down. Well shit, I just saw online a 2019 V8 4x4 warlock is going for 29k. SMH! 🙄
2:40 I have a friend in Canada, I am in the states. He bought a Warlock and put me to the task of tracking down the Warlock decals. So far I am having no luck, the knucklehead I got at the dealership didn't even know dodge had produced this truck. Anyone who could point me in the right direction to find these decals, I would very much appreciate. Thank You!
The Warlock decals won't be available until Fall. The 2020 models will have them not the 2019s. According to Ram's dealer information, the Warlock package is just called the SLT Special Edition. The Warlock name came after the decision to build the truck.

I have to say there is no way in the world that looks like a warlock! I have a 1976 Dodge Warlock. Four-wheel drive. That my father bought brand new off the showroom floor. The truck and this video just looks like a Dodge pickup.

The Rebel cost $10k more. The Canadian version doesn't have the Warlock decals like the US trucks do...
