West Palm Beach, Florida.-- (ppv_tahoe) Cell phone video taken at the corner of Forest Hill Blvd shows an incident that occurred on Thursday afternoon. The passenger who was in a black Mercedes Benz was yelling out the window. Once both vehicles come to a complete stop, she throws a can of Red Bull and hits the driver side door.
