- Fishing has been so tough. I went out twice prior to making this video without catching a video worthy fish. So I decided to get the trusty go-to lures out and BOOM fish were in the boat.

Man the water is super low. I Cant get my boat on and off the lift with these north winds and negative tide cycles. Its been a tough two weeks. I did pick up a nice pomp over by the hog while sheep fishing. Try some pomp jigs one day and put sometime in fishing for them, good content for you if it works out.

My son and I will be coming down from Massachusetts March 6 I’ll be primarily fishing from the beach. We would like to catch some pompano. I would love to get some local knowledge, are they on the beach? Where do we fish for dinner?
Absolutely. They have been running the beaches. Get some pompano jigs. Get pink. Tip them with a little bit of shrimp or fish bites and pop the bottom. Once you find one you find a whole school.
