Well, it´s because liberals have forgotten what liberalism is. The word was poisoned a long time ago, that´s why libertarianism was invented. There is nothing liberal about what liberals are doing these days. I live and work in Canada. This is costing me a bunch of money as goods are not crossing the border. I got vaccinated otherwise I'd lose my job and I'm single father with full custody of two boys. They needed to eat. But enough is enough and I stand with the truckers and will be out this weekend with them
I live in downtown Ottawa. These guys have been incredible. Feeding the homeless, shoveling snow, and cleaning the streets. ive never felt more safe in my own city. They have my full support. God Bless the truckers.

It depends on how long the denial stage lasts for the Trudeau oligarchy. You are not assaulting the government, you are deposing an oligarchy in power for over 50 years. They will not take it very well. Maybe when grocery store shelves run out, there will be some discussion, but the move the demonize the rebellious is a move in the wrong direction to a solution.
If they could crush the truckers, they would have already done so, but the trucks are owned by the banks until the last payments are made, and if 50,000 or more truckers and more sympathizers stop trucking, the country starves. That is why that have not shot the protestors.

I hate Trudeau I will never own a home or have kids and I just keep paying taxes so foreign people can come here and have a house given to them and allowance. Meanwhile I’ll be living In a car and working 60 hour weeks at 25 bucks an hour still not being able to afford a rental or find one . Canadian born hard working folks are paying for other people from around the world to live here while we live In poverty.
That's why I'm looking for a decent camper for a fair price. Even if I have to stay in a cheap motel for the coldest months, I'll save a small fortune through the rest of the year. Which is what it costs to rent anywhere now for a year; a small fortune. In Trudeau's Canada, we're gonna have to learn to adapt.

A LOT of companies were limiting the amount of supplies they were allowed to deliver way before this convoy took place. Not just in Canada but here in the US.
