Kind of. The 25th Amendment has to be implemented by VP Harris and a majority of Biden's Cabinet officers. After which both the House and Senate have to approve of the removal by a two thirds majority. Then Biden may still refuse to step down. Who then forces him out of the white house? Do the Capitol Police drag him out? Who gives the order? As a Conservative and Trump supporter I'm loving it.
