The guy who made the video literally said on one of his old deleted videos (this was around the time before Revival came out) that he doesn’t think any of Eminem’s albums are bad. I keep having to comment lol. There's a reason why Eminem is so successful to this day. His lyrics are so relatable and his flows are just insane. The beats are innovative and don't just have a ton of bass like "regular" rap music. I bump Eminem almost daily for 24 years and especially his last 3 albums. The level of skill are just off the charts when it comes to ryhme schemes.
There's way too many fake rappers talking about shit they never did (Drake) (Rick Ross). Drake is as fake as they come and Rick Ross literally stole the name and pretended to be a real drug kingpin. Their music is OK for people that just don't care about the person that made it.

As an addict who was starting to try to get clean when recovery came out and someone who had been listening to Em since "my name is" first dropped. Recovery is hands down my favorite album, and it gets a shit ton of hate because it was such a commercial success. Even if you don't like it or can't relate to it, it never changes the fact that his rapping ability and cadence/flows are always amazing.

It is subjective but for me Relapse is an amazing album,very special,very different from what you can hear from any other artist,the cadence,the flow,the rhymes scheme,even the accents in every each track has a value and beauty on it. 2. Encore could've been a very good album, but it suffered from him using drugs and the fact that piracy was exploding at the time (suffered from leaks)
3. I'm probably gonna get blasted for this, but Relapse is better than Recovery (mainly because there's one too many radio-friendly songs, but there are some bangers in it though)
4. With Revival, I'm glad I didn't check for reviews before listeing to it. What I think didn't do it justice is the production on some of the songs (mainly traced down to the fact that Rick Rubin was the executive producer, and I haven't heard exactly good things about him)
5. They don't like Kamikaze because Em practically went for everyone trashing on Revival 😂
6. MTBMB, MMLP2 don't deserve those ratings

i have literally only seen a handful of the usual suspects say the death of slim shady is trash. For the most part it has been getting great feedback and the numbers clearly reflect that too.

People who don't understand something will always say that it's trash but if it's something impactful like psychology or science, they'll translate it in a way so that other lowly animal like themselves will "understand and accept their truth".
But here is a universal truth:
Eminem is one of the best MC in the Rap genre. Oligophrenic people will always say that his music is trash because they can't understand and fathom the genre in itself. If you're a real fan of rap music, you won't debate about who's greatest cuz that's pussy talk, you'll have "favorites and others" but you will ,besides that, have a list of great MCs engraved in your mind. Not because you're a fan but because it's a genre.
People need to understand that Eminem is not interested in always being lyrical. Sometimes he just likes to flow and dribble on the beat like rent is due. He likes rap for real and you can hear and feel it. His skin color has nothing to do with his skills. Even if Eminem was black, he would be this good and people would still hate him.
You know why ? Cuz hate need no reason. It just exist to hate. That's why I call them haters as animals cuz they reminds me of monkeys. Doesn't matter the skin color. Hate is an illness that shouldn't use you but you should use it. Be a good hater, not a pussy.

Hey Stevie! Just to add to your argument and the comment you made about the numbers compared to TS. It makes a difference when her music and type of artist is aimed at making the most numbers it can possibly by appealing to the widest variety of the population who purchase records. The fact that an artist can partially go against the grain and still make enough of an impact on enough people to break records while doing so. Then out do those artists who purposely are marketed at making those numbers, show how good the skill being displayed really is! Like you said though, IT AINT THAT DEEP, just adding a thought.
