First off, Congratulations on getting invited. A PR visa opens up many doors, so whatever you do, accept that invitation. You can also continue with your study visa because it could be granted first. If you are in Australia after your 491 visa grant, it will be your decision to continue or suspend your studies.

Hi Precious. I really don't know as I am not familiar with the requirements for your occupation. My recommendation is that you look at the information on the assessing authority's website yourself and confirm whether you meet the requirements for a positive assessment.

Nomination is not the same as sponsorship . You will take care of your expenses yourself.

My guess is that it will be accepted, but please check the assessing authority. You may even email them. They are the 'Horse's mouth'
