Hi Oluwafemi, if you are referring to the 485 visa, it does not allow sponsorship. Family members can be included in the visa application but sponsorship of other family members is not available on that visa after it is granted.

There are a lot of jobs in regional areas, but the problem is how to find those with visa sponsorships. I've already fallen in love with some regional areas already, am seriously praying and hoping for a job with visa sponsorship.

As a permanent resident anywhere (not only in Australia) you still need to get a visa to be granted entry into other countries. It is only after you become a citizen that you may be visa-exempt to certain countries including the UK, US and Canada. However, it can certainly work in your favour if you show that you are a permanent resident of Australia
