- Fine Line Barbers have created a Wireless Charging Station for hair clippers. Similar to the
Tomb45 Mat available at tomb45.com/ which inspired us to make this D.I.Y Version for our barbershop. Our version of the #PoweredMat has:
●1 plug which powers all 5 pads for a completely hassle free wireless experience
●Quick Charge Technology delivering 2.4 amps Per Pad
●Embedded IQ modules on the clippers allowing ANY cordless clipper to charge wirelessly
●Indicator lights to confirm charging and also when fully charged
●Scissor Stand
●This Charging Station is not for sale and is used only by the team at Fine Line Barbers

Hello and thanks for your comment. Currently it’s a prototype I made myself but maybe one day I might get them made. This has only 1 plug and 1 wire charging All 5 pads👍🏼

Emanuel Pereira I hand made it using wood but didn’t record anything whilst making it. Apologies for not explaining how it was done
You could show how you guys modify the clippers and trimmers internally, to accept wireless charging
Emanuel Pereira - I literally opened up all the clippers, some were very easy to open and others very difficult. I then soldered wireless connectors into the internal ion battery’s so they can communicate with the wireless transmitter pads. That’s basically how it works & is a very basic process to make.
The hardest part was making the whole thing out of wood & the spray painting which took me a few days. I hope you like what I made and thank you very much for watching👍🏼
Thanks for the tip, all the tutorials I have seen, they put the WiFi charging adaptors outside the clipper , and glue them with tape, it looks like a Frankenstein. I did not knew you could put them inside and still be able for them to charge
