How to pimp your shopping cart

My in-laws have an old pull along shopping cart that they literally walked the wheels off of. I thought I would add some better wheels (with bearings) as opposed to the standard lawn mower wheels (no bearings) for extra durability. Seemed simple, but required a little modification.
