Abs really have the worst behaviour. I used to have some abs two years ago and my gym trainer told me I need to stick to a really strict diet to keep them. And he was right - one or two cheat days and they were gone 😐
Yeah basically your body fat percentage has to be below 20% or even below 15% (depends on your genetics) for your abs to really show
Which yeah usually you cannot do that without a strict diet (or a amazing metabolism and just healthy eating habits) there's no one size fits all type of workout and diet to do to get abs bc everyone's bodies are different

MayonaiseVogel do you think it’s okay to do exercises to slim my thighs while doing exercises to grow my booty like the Hourglass program,because now I have fat on my thighs and small booty or I should loose that fat first?And did you loose inches in your thighs while doing this program?
I did not measure my thighs but I can tell you that you should rather focus on gaining that booty first and then you can work on generally loosing fat as you cannot target where to loose body fat
