Small dog (especially chihuahuas) have the most chances to be agressive if not well trained or if their owner didn't take proper care (like for exemple not holding them when the dog doesn't trust you enough for that). You can look up the channel ''It me or the dog'' where a good trainer, Victoria Stilwell, trains dogs and gives good advices. This kind of behaviour SHOULDN'T BE CONSIDERED AS FUNNY/CUTE. It is bad for HUMANS who can get hurt (don't underastimate small teeth) AND for the DOG who are living under constant stress which ISN'T good for ANYONE, dogs, humans or any animals.
