The standing pose is similar to Ken & Ryu's in Street Fighters
It really is
Even more similar to Lee Chaolan’s stance
So is Hwoarang's standing pose from Tekken 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, and Tekken Tag Tournament.
One mistake they made with this game was that they didn't evolve each individual style as you built up the stats with the development points.
The game almost forces you to learn a 2nd a/o 3rd style.
Martial Arts really racks up your character's charisma with that wall kick.
They fixed that in the PSP version where you can become a complete master of your art and your moves change every time you improve your individual style.
That's my one flaw with the game too. When I first saw you can Assign Moves, I was excited from thinking it meant you can edit your base moveset (within reason, due to picking a specific fighting style).
I really like the Hard Punch. It's just so satisfying!
I also like the Light Grapple from Behind.
Those Parry/Counters are to die for, incredibly cool looking and satisfying.
The best way to play this Style is aggressively. Attack First in a fight. It's relatively easy to counter with this. Always use environmental objects when near them.
Also, I feel like Wall Attack is an underrated move. Especially the Split Kick.
It has a great range, and I think is the only Wall Attack that can connect even when the opponent is on the ground.

I love Martial Arts because you can parry your enemy's attacks I always pick this fighting style because I do it myself but good video homie
My favorite 1st fighting style set.
The parry makes this fighting style my favorite.
As long as you didn't combine it with Wrestling or/and Submission
@Andre Srg what does parry plus/parry minus mean?
@@wrongtime9097 Parry+ means that when you do a parry, your character will leave the opponent open for combos and deal damage to the limb it countered (useful for submission moves)
Parry- does limb damage but it knocks the opponent down, meaning you can't do a combo on them.
Is it easier to parry with martial arts? That's literally the only style I haven't tried initially.
@@user-cg7tn2gs5d The window to initiate the parry is the same across all fighting styles, it depends more on what kind of strike you're trying to parry against.

Grapples are weak but parry makes it the best style :D (in my opinion)
Grappling in any fighting style is a very situational thing, even in something like real-life wrestling. Most of the time, you utilize things like clotheslines, pins, and body slams over throws, as they don't quite give that same OOMPH as something like full-force attacks. Unless, I dunno, you're strong enough to slam a guy's head into a wall. Then you got some good grapple game.

Hay element do you know how to get the other toughness accolade. I know you get 2 for wrestling 1 for street fighting 1 if you beat a full health opponent with no recoverable Heath but what about the last one.

What about that drunken fist move? Does it affect the fighting style of the blazin move or the outfit that you've wore?
No. It doesn't affect the attire/outfit. It will give you 2 extra blazin moves you got to assign manually to the character.
Didn't order affect it, too? Like if you learned Martial Arts and then Submissions, you'd end up with different moves than if you'd learned Submissions and then Martial Arts, right?
This way yes.
However, if it's the second and third style, it doesn't change.
Example:
MA, KB + SF = MA, SF + KB
Looking at the stats, I noticed you have 2 milestones on Upper Body and Lower Body. Did you actually made time to do 5,100 punches and kicks? If so, how much time so I can do that?

Press the run button & press punch or kick right as soon as you reach the wall

tu sabe como faz o golpe que o cara corre em direção a parede e tipo pisa na parede como se fosse subir e depois da um chute, o que aparece no minuto 1:40
@@bielloko2076 precisa de uma certa distancia da parede pra ter impulso correndo, aperta o analógico em direção a parede, logo em seguida bola, aí vc segura quadrado ou triângulo. Eu faço assim

No, it's not. This one is actually correct, it's called Art of Pain. The Kickboxing one is called Foot for Breakfast, go check it out in the Kickboxing showcase.

probably you mistaken this game with def jam ffny the takeover, the PSP one
this is the hardest fighting style. because it doesn't have grappling skill that can do KO. so you need to rely on other move like blazing move or walk jump(hard to hit) but it amazing if it have second fighting style for example combining SF+MA or KB+MA or MA+WR. . definitely my second choice of fighting style. but not martial arts only. it the worst

OP martial arts combinations is MA 1st, KB 2nd, And SF 3rd, Op combinations, Not only your fast but you can also KB the opponent into red health then you press Triangle to do the haymaker punch which is SF, Or you can also press L1 and Triangle to finish them off

.... i hate this style with a passion for clunky it is to perform KOs with it ... by the time i got a KO i may have won through submission already ...
