This is by far one of the most unique luxury apartments you’ve done so far. I was really amazed by all of the high tech appliances. The TV mirror and the kitchen fan were great and the laundry room was a huge ++. Great job Erik.

The rooftop spa most definitely my favorite part of the apartment. Not often you see that. Also a good way to unwind after a busy day just chill in the hot tub!

I have to say. I’m from the south where our homes are nothing like New York but I would buy this. I love the bathroom and the master bedroom. And the rooftop is bomb 💣

The hinges are a nice touch and the bathrooms were gorgeous, and those are some of the best staircases I’ve seen. Plus all that outdoor space.

It's a fantastic Penthouse. All these rooms in this penthouse are great, but I have a favorite namely the Master Bathroom. It's so cool, I can imagine will be bathing and look a Netflix Series or a CZcams video.

I think this is one of my faves!! Just kinda put off by the private elevator opening RIGHT into the kitchen... maybe this was the only option...but from the cook’s perspective I wouldn’t want guests to see my kitchen mid prep...(even with caterers this is awkward)... but the rooftop hot tub is to die for!!! Not to mention that staircase...that’s art!

Incredible! : < ) The only thing is having a window in front of your toilet but if you are so high up it probably doesn't matter. I like how the video is broken up into segments that are titled so you can look at specific parts that you would like to focus on. When does the video for yours and Hanna's new place come out?

That's a nice homey space. I love the great/living room, I love the master bedroom, and I find those floating staircase steps terrifyingly dangerous hahaha. I don't know about the asking price though. I'd pay $12m max for this.

I dont live remotely close to new York nor will I ever, but I really liked this one! The brick walls are my absolute favorite 😍 and I love that it isn't a million stories up high cause I get scared that the buildings sway back and forth

If j were to ever own this apartment, I would have a pool on the rooftop that covers like 65% of the rooftop, I would switch the floors to marble and I would make the bricks look cleaner, cuz the bricks do actually look quite nice so I think I'd like to keep them (if I were to own this apartment)
