The Round Arch style Brick & Timber building was erected in 1891 and is connected to the Concrete Daylight Factory which was built as an addition in 1921. Well, if you know the prices of other apartments in NYC, this apart is such a good price
In Brooklyn it starts at 900k (for a studio), so yes, 3 Million is "affordable" ;)

This looks like the Humphreys apartment in Gossip Girl and they’re called “poor” lol
It reminds me that years ago I used to be in a GG group in my country (In South America), and even people here had the audacity to call the Humphreys poor. Then I had to explain them they were actually upper middle class, and that they would be very wealthy in our country.

This one looks quite different! It actually feels somewhat cozy as well as comfortable quite unlike several of the examples that felt like concrete laboratories

Much more character and personality in this Appartement. I feel like these modern luxurious minimalistic concrete apartments are so soulless and not worth the asking price. Never makes you feel welcome, much less at home.

This is gorgeous! I love the primary bedroom closet hidden behind the accent wall for the bed. Very smart use of space. I think having extra space used as an office in the gathering room was also very smart. I love it!

My favorite part of this loft is the bedroom, I like the concept of this one. Their create a wall more dedicate to the closet space. It’s convenient!
The wood texture of this one is spectacular, so original.
The ceiling shape is amazing.

Omg, this is stunning! As an interior designer the only thing that I would change are the doors in the laundry unit, they're fine but I think it would be so much nicer if they went back to the sides when you open them (like hide in the sides of the closet). It would feel so much nicer and they wouldn't be in the way when open.

You nailed it on the head Eric. The person snapping on this apartment is going to scope a nice profit in two to three years. It will go up to 4-4.5 in that period.
After watching the video multiple times my wife and I decided to take this layout as the starting point for our new home. We only want to add a garage and a space for utilities and sliding door to a small enclosed garden.
Had I still had my business in New York I would have picked up this apartment in a heartbeat. This apartment has everything a person needs, whether you are a young professional or empty nester with desire to live close to the city.
This apartment is stunning and I love the fact that it is noiceproof in a city that never sleeps that is a nice feature! ❤️
