I am not diagnosed as MSA patient as yet but this was the most down to earth explanation of every symptom I've seen. Thanks for making it so understandable!!

I heard Dr. Poston say that sometimes MSA patients can have high blood pressure. Did I hear that right? (She seems to have said this about 15 minutes into her presentation. She said the thing to remember about blood pressure issues is a dis-regulation problem. Did I hear that right?

Yes; supine hypertension is common in MSA.

Unexplained pain is likely CRPS - Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. It is caused by the autonomic dysregulation.

My mother has MSA-C, gave her in the same day Lions Mane 1100MG and Amantadine 100MG, the day after she could talk again, move arms fast, and has a clear mind ! She could not do any of these. She can eat with her owns hands. Could not talk, now she can talk some phrases, clearly, clear mind ! THANKS TO the neurologist of my mother Dr. Rubens Salomao (gave the Amantadine) and Paul Stamets that gave me the hint about Lions Mane. . Thank you Paul Stamets ! Some ppl show great reponses on super doses of Vit D3. So keep trying all medications to see change, what works for you. We have tried lots of medicine. Amantadine and Lions Mane reversed her case.

Are their any clinical trials for MSA in Northern California? We are in Sacramento.

Clinical trials carry significant risks, and you seem to gloss over that.

Of course they do, but all medicines a available today in modern medicine are as result of extensive trials.
