In this video we discuss three important things. Firstly, why chasing people pushes them away. Secondly, what really attracts people and makes us magnetic (if we're pretending that magnetics only attract). And thirdly, the simple small steps we can take in order to shift our energy to start choosing ourselves and being the main character of our own lives.

The only thing I know, I don't care about it anymore, especially with my ex. I am closing doors with people that don't deserve to stay in my life. I am gonna get what I deserve, the people that I deserve, not the people that bring negativity in my life. Everyone else, can fuck off.
Same here. I fundamentally don't let other peoples words or actions, that I don't have control over, ruin my day. If I don't like someone I just avoid them, if they cross my boundaries I tell them. And if they like me or don't want me in their life, I don't care

Just came to the realization that I do not need to be validated from people. I do whatever I want to do and if people want to join me for the ride. They can if they want too. Peoples an opinions of you are just from a shallow insecure person. You control who you spend your time with.
I just do not think people pleasing is a good thing to do.
Im in my 60s and feel ive. Spent the last 40 years attatching myself to various relationships and putting what they want first and being a people pleaser...i dont know where to go from here at this age.... Im so sad

Women used to chase me when I was younger. I would literally get random texts from girls at work who I barely spoke to.
Now I'm lucky to get a look that wasn't accidental lol.
I haven't changed. I just got older and more mature.
Either way, my point is there's nothing you can do to make people chase you unless you're young and hot and worth being chased.
It just is what it is. I'm older now and my youth is fading. No one wants to "chase" a single 29 year old guy lol. I either have to work for it and bring something damn good to the table or it ain't happening

Yep young people forget that looks fade. They forget to look around them and notice that the parents of all their friends, the older pairs you see everywhere, are almost never physically attractive people.
