Was wondering Idle Start/Stop sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't show in the panel while stopping, I have Swift vxi. I guess the reason being while stopping if any door is opened engine will start again and A symbol won't display, right?

Door open karte hi engine band hona chahiye... ye start kyu ho rha hai ? Suppose banda utar rha hai car se smartnes to hai ki ye khud off ho jaye door khulne par on kyu ?
This system just keeps the engine in stand by mode not complete off So by mistake if you forget that auto on/off is engaged and you try to exit the car by removing seat belt or by opening the door it reminds you that the car is still on. Hope this answers your question.

If you stall the engine, and the mild hybrid battery is charged, does it restart on its own, if you shift to neutral and depress the clutch pedal?

No , you don't have to worry about all this system itself take care of AC Unit also when starting using clutch

Ans: is wrong because it's active in AMT model even car is in drive mode, if you open door and realised clutch it starts moving it's dengerous
