Everything went fine! I managed to install the new transfer roller in the Magenta color, and I still have three more replacements for any future failures. However, I had a little problem with the spring when reassembling everything. The spring didn't go into the correct place, so I had to disassemble it again. If anyone else is going to try this, make sure to be extra careful with the spring. Thanks again, Jean-Paul!

Buenas tardes, muchas gracias por compartir este video, sin el abría sido imposible solucionar mi problema, he comprado los rodillos en aliexpres por 16 € el pack de 4, he sustituido los dos que estaban mal y mi impresora ha quedado como nueva, ya no salen los puntitos, como han comentado hay que tener cuidado al montar el soporte del rodillo con el muelle que tiene que entrar en su sitio (el pivote) por lo demás es super fácil gracias al video.

Tengo una cx410de que me salen puntos de todos los colores menos el negro en las impresiones, este es el mismo problema que tenía usted?. Me imprime bien en negro pero cuando le mando imprimir algo en color como la página demo me salen estos puntos.

But when I installed everything back to printer it says Printer is not ready, Please insert imagine kits. Maybe you know how to reset the printer or something. Thank you

Hi . Thank you so much for the useful tutorial. I need the plastic holder of PCR. I damaged it. The part that has spring on it. Do you know the name of part? Also, where can I buy it. I tried to contact Lexmark, they told me I need to buy whole Transfer Belt Assembly
