    Nice! Did the feedrate reduce on the finish pass? It looked like it was traveling slower.

      Hi, we could of gone faster on the finishing pass but yes - generally it is a good idea to go slower than the roughing cuts to eliminate the acceleration/de-acceleration cutter marks in the corners of the part.

    i have a large format machine too. Zero luck so far with aluminum. know any GOOD vids or rferences? its super frustrating.

      Hi, there are many variables in machining aluminium (Machine setup, tooling and aluminium grade).
      Every user scenario is different - we normally start with the slowest feed and lowest DOC and increase these values incrementally until our result is desirable.
      Air and cutting fluid on the cutting tool is highly recommended.
      Keep on testing and you will get better results, best of luck.

      Hi, there are many ways to setup the material efficiently - this was a once off job on this machine so we did not spend too much time on the setup.
