Your mini kitchen garden(s) inspired me to make mini scenes around my room and i love it! Also I make vegan crepes with flour, almond milk, coconut oil(i love coconuts so im biased) and vanilla extract. For savory ones i drop the vanilla and use olive oil instead 👍🏾

Add alcohol to the batter like rum or brandy for a more adult flavour! Or maybe some vanilla extract if you plan on making only sweet crepes! I just wanna add that the toppings you used are the exact same we use in my family! So delicious! Greetings from France! ❤️

I’ve never quite trusted crepes since. Though I did eat one in Japan a few years ago because they were just too cute not to try and it was delicious.
Taiwan makes crepes in all the night markets, but its way different and they cook it crispy like a fortune cookie and fanned out. I HAATE IT! (crosses arms and and makes a grumpy face) HRMMPH!
These look so good, though I don’t think we’ve ever added butter when we do pancakes (well, crepes but they’re pancakes in the uk). I’ve done gluten free, eggs free and dairy free ones (one mix was all three so that was interesting). Gluten and dairy or lactose free are easy enough to substitute and taste very similar, the egg free were less successful but have only tried them once so would find a better replacement.

I used to make crepes and share them but not since I am on low carbs and can't get together with anyone. It doesn't seem worthwhile to just make a few crepes since I don't think they are as good the next day. I still enjoyed your cooking tips though.
you can make a really nice gluten free, vegan crepe by substituting the flour for 3 parts tapioca flour and one part rice flour (it tastes even better if it's sweet rice flour). then just add the normal amount of your substitute milk and a tablespoon of a water/milk substitute in place of each egg and you're golden.
I know that was likely just an autocorrect error but I am now going to start calling my oat milk "oath milk" because it just makes it sound epic... no? Just me? 😊

Soy milk has worked for me when making pancakes! They just come out a slightly different color.
