ebike bosch nyon - problem after update

Yep, same issue and once it did it full in a mountain ride. I was stucked there with my Riese & Mühler... Bye Bye my holiday. Could go back without motor assistance, heavy heavy guys, I can tell you. Searched for a Bosch e-bik dealer, lucky I was could buy the standard Intuvia and happy I was to continue my planned rides of the week but I lossed a full day with the accompanied stress. Now, my concern is how reliable is Nyon :( :( :(

Yes, exactly the same probleme with my E-bike , after Update Nyon to 2.75 (i think) it detects my bike no more . But Intuvia Display works well.

I bought a used NYON and I have the same problem, it does not recognize my bike. Another device of the same kind works with my bike. BOSCH service is helpless. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks :)

sorki bo przez przypadek wyrzucilem komentarz igora - w moim przypadku nawet bosch nie potrafil tego naprawic - rower mam jeszcze na gwarancji a wiec wymienili mi na nowy

ich habe das gleiche Problem, Nyon 1.7.5.0. Akku schaltet nicht ein. Auf dem mittleren goldfarbigen Pin habe ich 3,2VDC (wenn Nyon aus ist !!!), bei einem Intuvia = 0VDC

das Problem von Marcin stammt von 4.8.17. Gab es eine Lösung???

I've the same isue but a new installed Nyon. It seems that Nyon is communicating well with Dirve and Battery Units, I get their versions but also I 've the electric assistance and see the speed on the Nyon. Despite this, I got exactly the same screen asking to put the Nyon on the e-bike even if it's already on when I want to pair it with the iPhone app through Bluetooth or through Wifi. In summary, it seems working and work well in offline mode, but impossible to go in online mode. Anybody also experience this issue?

Alexandre Lechenne hi i think you have different problem- you have old firmware - you have to update central unit

Hello, I thought it was a problem of firmware version of the Drive Unit and/or the Battery which was incompatible with the new version of Nyon. I provided all the firmware version to my e-bike dealer who checked them with the Bosch service center and all the versions (Nyon, Drive unit and Batrery) are compatible and the last one.

bosch support doesn’t solve problem :-( but my bike shop replace to new unit :-) i think it’s only solution :-(
