Keep in mind everyone skin care routine is different what works for you might not work for her and what works for her might not work for you

That doesn't matter, the fact is that rubbing it in your palms is just wasting your sunscreen because a lot of it will remain behind in your hands itself
She shouldn't have rubbed it in her palms like that is what she is saying. Oil based sunscreens can be applied directly on face with the dropper
I understand that. But everyone has their own way of applying products. Isn’t that how one applies sunscreen/lotion on the hands/legs/rest of the body parts? You don’t apply the cream directly on the body, rather take it on the palms and rub it. Same for the oil. You don’t just directly pour it on the body.
The consistency of her sunscreen is extremely water-like. That’s why she has taken it on her palms and rubbed it.
If one has a problem with a particular product, you are definitely allowed to criticise it, but don’t call the methods wrong as it’s a completely different formula.

Deepika actually don't used her own products. She knew very well that her brand is not the worth kind off. Whenever she promotes her products, it's always clear that firstly she wates all the products by rubbing it in her hands 😂

I also apply it on my ears, the back of my ears, my neck, back of my neck, lips, around the eyes. It took me 5-7 minutes to apply sunscreen. I take it very seriously
82°E sunscreen is oil- based ..so it kind of drips off the hands so she rubs it on her palm and applies it..while ours are cream and gel based so we have to just dab it

Sunscreen is not to be massaged over face it is to be spread over face evenly that's it. It's protecting cover over other skincare products you don't have to blend it just spread like a cream layer over cake.

you’re wrong! as a dermatologist the woman you showed in your video is applying it correctly. you’re supposed to apply very liberally so it can be soaked through different layers of skin. The amount on your fingers is NOT enough to cover your whole face, ears and neck

Use as much needed and apply as some people have smaller face so accordingly apply then reapply again. If using sun stick apply 20 times or else you will not get good spf.

Sunscreen are not to be absorbed by skin please understand their nature is to protect from uv radiation it's perfectly working if it's not absorbing. All you can do is use chemical sunscreen tintless one, but clinically physical sun screen are sligtly more efficient than chemical ones

Well never massage your sunscreen too tightly, just apply or spread, it'll set eventually, you don't mean to get it absorbs into your skin , Also she's the one influencer out of many who accurately mentioned to use two fingers rules while applying on face and neck , yeah if you use all into skin , it'll be a mess , always spread downward neck .

We apply sunscreen in generous amount to cover every part of exposed body coz we are in Australia and we reapply after every four hours. If we will follow ur style then will end up with sunburns.
i remember 10 years ago Deepika endorsed a hair oil called tender love and care by parachute just like any star blind teenager i went and bought it. And ended up with premature grey hair. the oil was shut within some time. These celebrities have voice which can be heard but they are too greedy to chose between right and wrong

Well you're also supposed to apply sunscreen all around your eyes and with your ring finger not all of your fingers because the ring finger applies the least amount of pressure around your eyes

Our palm doesn’t absorb any product, that’s if u want to apply like she is applying u can, no waste of product.
Two finger sunscreen is necessary for natives of America, Europe etc where the skin is white and you need more protection from the sun because of the low amount of melanin in your skin. As a brown skin or black skin god made us with enough melanin to live in our native country within the sun. However, we need to protect our skin from the UV rays and for that a basic amount is enough. Two fingers is not extremely necessary unless you are going to a sports event where you will stay 10 12 hours under sun. Use sunscreen as per your requirement and don't blindly follow all skin enthusiasts. (This advice is given to me by my dermatologist)
The sun is harsher in Asian countries as they are near equator so enough sun protection is necessary for everyone no matter the skin type

You need 1 TABLESPOON of sunscreen for it to be effective. Neither of you are using anywhere near the recommended amount
That is actually false. You need that much to get the recommended spf on the package. However it's okay even if you use less. It just means you need to reapply more often
...so then its not false. Its just you're choosing to not get the amount of spf you paid for in one go and want to go through the hassle of reapplying which 99.99% don't do and hence leads to skin damage and cancer. Got it. @sukidesu9755

aqualogica yellow one I used and this is my first sunscreen..I can see iam getting darker every day ..iam using it almost from a month and everyone are asking why iam dark and someone even said they couldn't recognise me because of the dark skin.... Get your facts right sweetheart! She's using an oil based sunscreen. By doing this you're practically promoting her brand unintentionally.
