hello. i just picked up the SA5526MEL-L (30-gun, e-lock, 262#, LED interior lights) model last night. should the instructions in this video also work for mine to mute/unmute the beeps? thanks. ps. i'm really excited about this safe. i have done my research. yup, there are cheaper safes. yup, there are "better" safes. but, there's NO WAY a better safe can be purchased for less than 2x (3x?) times what i paid. no way.
this safe has caused nothing but problems, constantly having to reset as keypad wouldn't work. it finally stopped working altogether. gave up and bought different safe
I've follow you instructions on this video the safe still won't open, took that one back got a new on and it's doing the same shit. It shouldn't be this hard to get your product to work, I'll just return this one and get another brand...
The vault should lock by extending out the locking pins fully by turning the knob counter-clockwise. You will want to make sure the key is out of the vault and the lights are off on the keypad. If it is not locking on you by doing this, please reach out to our customer service @ 888-792-7214

I set the code on my new safe, now the key won't unlock. When the batteries die, I won't be able to get into the safe!!
What is the master code for safe?
Where do I locate the serial number on my safe so I can register it?
Any tips if it closes before u get the new batteries in ?
