Well, I bought one from Costco, the 159# doesn’t work, and the reset button also doesn’t work. So that I can’t even set up my own password right now. So now, I have to use the key to open the safe every time even if it’s a NEW safe. So disappointed.
Cheri, I'm sorry you are having issues. Please try to change the 9volt battery and see if that works. If that doesn't please reach out to our customer service team at (888) 792-4264. They will assist you in getting your safe working.
Omg same we are also putting 159# in nothing works Did u figure out a solution, or did u call them and figured it out? My dad spent 500 dollars on the safe and he’s pissed off
@@cabbagememes2852hey! Had the same issue Just open it with the key, then remove key and extend the bolts. Now hit the reset button and enter your new code followed by the star. Then test it out by entering your code followed by the # pound symbol. This just worked for me. The 159# wasn’t working
@@Jakefillpot hey man my dad was able to get it working since it was on warranty he called the company and got free parts to fix the issue and he installed the new ones and worked just fine it could be that the one my dad bought had a defective lock panel or whaatever it is And honestly your solution is preety interesting, but everything’s all good now
Mine acts like it forgets my code and won't open but when I remove the pad and disconnect the battery for a few seconds then reconnect it it works again. Last for awhile then does it again.
Can we turn off the silent entry mode when we already have a password? It doesn’t seem to quite work
To mute the E-lock, press *633. Let us know if that helps!
How do when the battery is low
Hello, when pressing the # symbol, the CENTER red light (above the numbers) will illuminate.
