I remember feeling so lost and helpless for several months after my doctor told me that I was going blind, and no cure or surgery could fix me. I was in a dark place for months and saw no point in living. What helped me pull through was my family and hearing about other people who went through the same thing I did. I don't feel so alone anymore. I hope you will always see the light in your life that no blindness can put out. Take care.

I agree with Kevin. I know alot of successful people who go hush hush on their struggles so people like me see them shining and thinking I'll never get there. Not only do I love kevin's stand up but I appreciate how open he is about the bad things in his life and how he propelled to the top.
I love Kevin as a comedian, I love him as an actor but now he has earned my respect as a author and as a speech man. this guy is more talented that I thought, good for you Kev, keep it up and I hope your book gets the support it deserves because it's great I read the book a week ago and I was amazed by your story and that even on the book you managed to make me laugh cause I could picture you saying the story.
