Yea he is one few that argue as a lot don't. Cause a lot don't cops tend to stack charges that seem minor but add up over time. There are times when warrants have been put out that even cop that reads them or the report asks "what heck is this?". Some cops are lazy and doesn't help when some crimes just say guilty to anything.
As for cop arguing giving him the file, if it goes to bench trial he is gonna get it anyway.
