I have been toying with the idea of using a UV-K5 to work linear satellites. Now I should mention this will be CW only. The UV-K5 can transmit DSB but this should not be done as it takes up more bandwidth than SSB! Please be mindful of how much bandwidth you use on linear satellites. The RX test of the beacon was a success!
