He never recommends Noida extension as it's going to be the most dense and crowded locality of NCR
Hi @vm8oz, Sector 12 in NOIDA Extension is a newly developed area with low density. It features new launches along a 130-meter wide road. Additionally, it is situated in front of Knowledge Park 5.

Not every time he is right. 2020 ki videos dheko inki, plots mat lo rate girega. Today is 29 feb 2024 aap dhek lo kitna gir gye rates market main. My suggestion is don't buy anything for 5 years. Sab jagha saturation reach ho gya hai , if you buy something uska rate same rahega for 5 years bs aap bank ko interest pay karoge.

YEIDA is a T3 city at max and with the airport it is going to stay that way, airport alone won't create jobs. Only way to develop YEIDA region is by attracting IT/ ITES and manufacturing in a big way which will create employment, but Authority is busy coming up with residential projects. No city has developed with jobs and private investment a point authority's IAS officers seem to humbly ignore.
