    Yessssss!!! If more people reached their daily fiber intake we would definitely see a lower prevalence of diseases such as type 2 diabetes.

    Love your contents Ms Jo. ❤ It’s teaching me how to eat a balanced diet especially now i am recovering from a stem cell transplant due to AML. I’ve been trying to incorporate fiber on my diet to prevent constipation due to my medications. I always make sure that I have carbs, proteins and fiber on my diet. 😊

      Hi! I don't drink it everyday just so happens on my filming days hahaha. But no it will not, unless you are consuming excess calories overtime
