Love your contents Ms Jo. ❤ It’s teaching me how to eat a balanced diet especially now i am recovering from a stem cell transplant due to AML. I’ve been trying to incorporate fiber on my diet to prevent constipation due to my medications. I always make sure that I have carbs, proteins and fiber on my diet. 😊
