But making copper thread by bushing can also solve problem in only 120 rupees i was also having problem in my pleasure as pleasure also has samiliar design .

My unicorn 160 has done only 18,000 km and still the engine sounds like an old typical honda engine. I use motul 7100. What could be the problem?
Uni 160 isn't as smooth as uni150. Uni160's engine has been used in Hornet and XBlade too and they too are plagued with the problem of engine sound.

sir one question my head cover bolt was slipped then i repaired it and changed new gasket although engine oil hasn't stopped leaking of honda shine what should i do?

No, use old type. Sometimes there is difference in camshaft profile.
Guruji namaskar, mere aviatior me same problem he. Ghar Jake badl du ga cam.holder. .. par usme ek bck pressure release mechanism bhi hota he.... Isme nahi he... I wonder why..?

Guruji ye kese pata chalega ki valve grind krne ki need he gadi me??? Cold start me agar problem ari he ( despite tuning carb and valve setting) , is it good enough reason to regrind valve in aviator? Plus kya purana valve use karna sahi rahega?
Agar spark plug brownish white hai but phir bhi good mileage aur pickup nahi mil raaha means valves leaking hai.
Valves kai condition pe depend kaarta hai ki replace kiya jaayai ya old hin use karain.

Ye actually Honda unicorn ka hai but actually same engine Hero ke CBZ extreme mai bhi hota hai. Yaahan tak ki hero aur honda ka lagbhag sabhi 150cc motorcycle mai yaahi engine use hota hai.

Us kam me mera clutch lifter tut gya tha ek bolt kasne ki jgah se machanic ne usi ko washer laga k fit kiya tha. gadi me ab tak koi dikkat nahi thi lekin ab clutch hard hota jara he cable bhi new h or clutch dabane pe vo tight dab rha h bich kabhi tight ho jata h kabhi smooth to kya sir mujhe khulwa k new lifter dalwa lena chahiye?

Clutch agar sahi se kaam nahi karegga to gear changing hard or difficult ho jaata hai.
Bina physically dekhe batana difficult hai ki exactly kya problem ho raahi hai . Aap ek baar clutch cover ko open kaarkai check kijiyai sabhi parts ko achai se.
