@Poppy Kneegrow Not really. What happened was an accident, and It's not like she's the only one who ever made mistakes in the team. They're all more or less responsible of several people's death, soldiers or civilians, voluntarily or not. There's always collateral damages no matter how strong superheroes can be, because you know what ? They're still people and even if they're extremely strong they can't do everything or save everyone all the time. The issue would have been spotlighted at one time or another no matter what Wanda made as a mistake. It was not only her and about her, the accident she partially caused was simply the trigger to the whole question.
