For the first time in over half a century, two workhorses of the backbone of the Norfolk & Western reunited in Strasburg, Pennsylvania for five weekends of steam along the Road to Paradise. Ex-Norfolk & Western 4-8-4 "J Class" #611 and 4-8-0 "M Class" #475 are both fired up for the occasion, with #475 recently taking on a new 1950's appearance with a centered headlight after completing its 1472-day inspection. Enjoy the scenes of the two sisters of the past working up through the rolling hills of Lancaster County with their passenger consists in this video brought to you by Blue Comet Productions!
This video was filmed on September 28th and 29th, 2019.

Steam = romance, charm, allure, nothing else comes close.
Awesome video :)
I did videos on that I uploaded the 611 and 475 runbys
This Looks Good I love it
Awesome video!! A at 8:50 I see myself under the tree to the left of 611! Again great job 👍
Really wish I got attend this in person since 611 is my favorite streamliner mainly since my uncle saw it back in 1986. Also I wanted to go was it was at my favorite tourist line Strasburg that I also hope to visit someday since I'm from the west coast in the state of California but I hope someday to see 611 hopefully operational if possible and visit Strasburg and ride behind 475 since she's my favorite locomotive on the roster. But until then I'll just stick with my plans on seeing Santa Fe 3751 when she returns and attend an excursion behind Milwaukee road 261

Is it necessary? That must use the camera to record the video that is the most clear?

Did you have to bomb the photo line to get any of your shots?

Strasburg Rail Road is 3 words, as it has been for about 180 years.

I really hate when they run these engines in reverse. they were Never meant to run that distance in reverse. and they look utterly stupid when they do. they need to if they are going to have an end to end run. a round table at each end to turn the engines around both ways they can pull the consist in the manner they were designed to do facing foreword not ass backwards.
