How to reset Dyson HP04 filters

You need to reset the filter counter after replacing the filters. Otherwise, the purifier will still show you that the filters need to be replaced. In this video, I will show You two easy ways to do it.

this has fixed the error problem! But the filter symbol is still showing on the screen - is that normal?? Can I still use the purifier with that showing??

You should reset the counter for both filters. Can you send me a picture of the error to [e-mail]?

If you have checked the filter and it is not full of dust, you can continue to use the heating function. You must take into account the fact that the device must have a sufficient flow of air to function correctly. If the filter is full of dust, the air flow is reduced and this can lead to overheating of the device.

My charcoal filter still shows read but the other filter is good. Not sure what’s wrong

hold down night button for the charcoal filter
hold down oscillator for the internal filter (late response but for future ppl searching up this issue)
