    Hi great video, can you fit a splash guard on the head? Thanks.

    Can you get a extension for the lance as it looks like your bent over and I would imagine you'd get a bad back after a short while.

      Hiya buddy. I'm sure there's something out there (probably on ebay). If it becomes a problem for me I will take a peek to see what's available. Thanks for your concern. Best wishes, Des

    Just wondering is it any good at removing a carpet of moss and dead weeds

      Hi there. It's going to be a very mucky job just using the PW. I would suggest scraping off first with an appropriate tool and then cleaning up with the pressure washer. That'd be best mate, Des

    Do you need a separate hosepipe to connect to the water supply to the pressure washing unit or is that included in the box?

    • @21stcenturycaveman33
      @21stcenturycaveman33  Před rokem +1

      No. The hose that comes with it is sufficiently long for most tasks. However, if you need to use the p/washer further away from source you need to do the followinf:
      1. attach the plug to an extension lead which means that you have power to the unit much further away
      2. connect a hosepipe to the water source and then connect your pressure washer to the hospipe.
      3. Job done. You can now use your pressure washer far away from your home.
      Hope this helps. Des

      @@21stcenturycaveman33 I believe you do need a separate hosepipe since it doesn't come with one that goes from your tap to the unit. Manual recommends max 10m length and min 0.5" diameter, but from what I've read elsewhere ideally you should have a 1" diameter hose. Seems they're hard to find though

      @@21stcenturycaveman33 no it doesn't, the 8m hose is from the gun to the unit, no tap connection

    What was the cable tie round the hose connector for ?

    • @21stcenturycaveman33
      @21stcenturycaveman33  Před 2 lety

      There was a crack in the plastic connector which connected the tap to the PW. Nowt to do with the actual machine. Thanks, Des

    Why keep cleaning the same slab over & over

  • @davidmarsden9800
    @davidmarsden9800 Před 2 lety

    You need a pre-treatment of chemical/biocide left for a time before washing. Saves the scrubbing. Hot pressure washer would be really affective on that, hopefully they'll keep getting cheaper until they're only a small premium over the cold ones.
    Any steam cleaner that could produce steam at 110C or over would sterilise it and help clean it.
    If they do a surface cleaner for the Titan that should work better than the lance on paving.

      Hi
      Do you have any suggestions for a biocide for slabs and concrete cleaning?
