Soft juicy cream cheese combined with apricots and soft dough❤ You will adore this cake!!! It is very simple and quick to prepare. The result is amazingly tasty, I'm sure you won't regret it😉👍
Important-
* The dough must be divided into 2 parts, between which the entire filling is placed
* the baking pan is wiped with oil and sprinkled with flour
* the sheet size is 35x25cm

INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
∘ 500 g grippy flour
∘ 250 g granulated sugar
∘ 150 g yogurt 3.5%
∘ 100 g melted butter
∘ 4 eggs
∘ 300 ml of milk
∘ 1 vanilla sugar
∘ 15 g baking powder
∘ 1/2 tsp of salt
Filling:
∘ 1 kg soft creamy cottage cheese
∘ 800 g fresh apricots
∘ 250 g granulated sugar
∘ 150 g yogurt
∘ 1 vanilla sugar
∘ 1 vanilla pudding powder (38-40g)
