My name is Fabi and I am an Engineer and Tech Enthusiast from Romania. On my CZcams channel I do thorough reviews of gadgets, showcase my programming projects and show you which cars I am driving.
Just a few short years ago, I wouldn't have dared to compare a pretty high end Samsung device to any Xiaomi phone. Here we are though, it's 2021, Huawei is pretty much out of the picture given that their phones don't have access to the Google services, Samsung makes great phones, but are usually quite pricey and Xiaomi isn't focused on making only cheap, budget smartphones anymore. Although not available worldwide, the Mi 10 Ultra, which takes every spec and brings it to the max is Xiaomi's way of giving us a sneak peak into what the future holds when it comes to their high end phones.
We are going to divide this comparison into 6 categories: Design, Screen, UI, Performance, Camera and finally, which one deserves your hard earned cash the most?
Which one should you get? Well, here's the deal, both of these smartphones are great, but for the price difference, $699 vs about $499, it's hard to justify the price of the Samsung. Yes, the camera is better on the Samsung, but on the other hand, the design on the Mi 10T is higher quality than on the Samsung. I can only recommend the S20 FE if you want an all-around better camera system, partly due to the telephoto, partly due to better dynamic range and low light capabilities or if you absolutely can't live without OLED, though I'd recommend checking it out in real life before making the call. If the camera's not your main focus, spare the money and get the better looking, higher quality built Mi 10T. - Věda a technologie

Some things that were not mentioned about the S20 FE:
- IPS rating
- wireless charging
- better software support (MIUI is pretty buggy)
- slightly better speakers
I'm not a Samsung fan but the S10 FE seems to be slightly better. The Mi 10T has slightly better battery life and no plastic on the back but how much will that matter if you're gonna put a case on it 🤔

I'm very much into buying the Galaxy note 10plus 12gb ram but I'm hesitating considering it's a 2019 phone and possibly won't be receiving update after 2022 and i might be using it for atleast 2 years. Do you think it's still worth buying even when it's not receiving updates? How bad is using a phone that's not receiving update for atleast a year?

Got myself 10T Pro and S20 FE for my wifey. Both are good, but for me Mi is better. Wanted to go for OnePlus 9 series, having 7T, but the price for them is overkill. IPS is ok for me, it is a very good one, don't watch movies neither play games on mobile.
I agree, overall, the Mi 10T (Pro) is the better phone, the fact that the price is lower is icing on the cake.

Both were good in my opinion though..S20 FE takes more premium feature build which makes it a little bit expensive..and the Mi 10T main focus is flagship performance/camera while takes some cheaper alternatives like the screen but take it to premium level(like using premium grade LCD like those in iPhones)
Yes, you’re right, I just think that this high refresh rate on the Mi 10T isn’t showing its full potential because of the high response time of the panel.

Which of the 2 is durable that can withstand constant drops
Hard to say, the Mi10T is quite heavy, so drops might have more impact on it.
@@TheFabytm In the end I got S20FE just for the reason that I have more options in buying a protective case to protect my phone from breakage because I tend to drop my phone all the time.
@@Francesanne_a.k.a._Tan That is a good reason if you don't like simple clear cases (the Xiaomi comes with one of those).

Samsung s20FE expandable storage, having ips 68 . Having most of the specs of s20 line up and even comparable on their new s21 line up. , in a lower cost. I would not ask anything more
Mi 10t vs mi 10??
The Mi 10 has an AMOLED screen and it’s lighter, the Mi 10T being a bit on the heavy side.

It depends on what you value in a phone. Do you want AMOLED and a lighter phone? If so, go with the mi 10, otherwise, mi 10t, it’s cheaper.
