This Video is about restoration of a Yamaha RX100 Motorcycle of the year 1991. Its almost 30 years old.
Restoration work took for about four months. All the spare parts and accessories which has been used is manufactured and sold by Yamaha Motor Company.
Maximum effort has been made to bring the motorcycle to its originality. The look of the motorcycle has been restored to its factory stock. Not only the spares but each and every screw, nuts and bolts have been worked upon.

অনেক স্মৃতি জুড়ে আছে এই মডেলটাতে, যখন ছোট ছিলাম আব্বুর RX এর আওয়াজ শুনলেই দৌড়ে বের হয়ে যেতাম, আব্বু সকালে বের হওয়ার সময় বাসা থেকে বাইক স্টার্ট না দিয়ে বের করে কিছুদূর রাস্তায় গিয়ে স্টার্ট দিতো, আব্বুর বাইকের আওয়াজ শুনলেই কান্নাকাটি করে দিতাম, এখনো মনে পড়ে দিনগুলো।
২০০৭ সাল পর্যন্ত আমাদের কাছে ছিলো ইয়ামাহা আরএক্স, ঐটা দিয়েই খুব অল্প বয়সেই ফার্স্ট বাইক চালানো শিখি।
আজো এই বাইকের আওয়াজটা শুনলে হৃদয়ে টনক নাড়া দেয়, অনুভূতি গুলো ভাষায় বুঝাতে পারবো না।
আমার লাইফে বেশ অনেক মডেলের দুই চাকা/চার চাকার গাড়ি চালিয়েছি, কিন্তু এই বাইকটার অনুভূতিটা কোন গাড়িতেই অনুভব হয়নি আমার।
সময়ের সাথে সাথে পুরোনো জিনিসগুলো বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যাচ্ছে।
খুব ইচ্ছে আছে, এমন একটা বাইক রিবিল্ড করে পুরনো স্মৃতিটা ধরে রাখার জন্য।
খোঁজ করলে হয়তো পুরাতন আরএক্স কারো কাছে পাওয়া যাবে, কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে এই বাইকের পার্টস সব গুলো পাওয়া অসম্ভব হবে। 😢

Looks like new bike, I own a 1996 Yamaha RX 100 and sold it, as it drinks lots of gasoline, but it has very good riding comfort. End of the day it is 2 stroke engine, it would be good if we have 4 stroke engine (less carbon emissions).

Nice bike,looks great but sir tiuning to be done,little more.bcoz when the bike starts it should like dhig,dhig,dhig.we don't want to use the accelerator to start the bike.when we drive & loose the accelerator the only stroke sound should be heard like dhig,dhig,dhig.

In my home im having 2 RX100s one is 1990 model owned by my father & 1993 model owned by my uncle both are restored to its stock condition...!!
But personally I love the 1990 model rather than 1993 model. It feels like it is having more power and grunt...!!!
