Nice video, i am a dr, i got my RXG in 1996 , still i am having it and recently restored to show room condition, i got honda city 2011 , alto 2016 last i got fortuner in 2018. Whenever i am giving my bike for servicing that Rx100 beat i am missing it . Atlast i got one RX 100 92 MODEL single owner in Jan 2021 i am going to restore it cherry red colour , saw your video very useful

Thanks for all the help and advices. Since your owning the bike from many years I just want to ask one last question my bike is 1989 model and it’s rc was expired in 2004 and since then the paperwork is pending. As I heard from my Rto agent the cost of paper work is coming to around 20k and my bike restoration cost is 50k so total cost is 70k and I’m confused now is it really worth of spending that much on paper work?? I need ur advice on this as you have more experience with the bike.

I think that you have get the rx135 silencer,bcoz rx100 silencer back side face is broad.

Thanks a lot for your kind words! Complete restoration was done at around 88K inclusive of paperwork and motorcycle itself, but a little more will be required for silencer work.

Thank you so much for appreciating the work! The red colour on my rx100, they call it "Yamaha Candy". That's what they said when I showed the Image of another rx. No color code. They said that I will have to use silver as base so that after completion it will give shining effect.
Regarding the silencer, I would personally suggest you to re work on the old one if its not that damaged. I am making a separate Video on 135 and 100 silencer and how to rework on old one. The final call should be yours.

Sir, where did you get the bore and the chassis?
I have not worked on the Bore. But it may be available in the shops I have mentioned.
Chassis has been reworked. First bodywork, then scrapping completely and finally painting. It was also raised from the back by previous owner. Had to do the straightening also to give it the factory look.

Congrats fr yor RX. I would suggest you to buy all required spares soon as the prices are getting doubled by the company often. You can contact that Insta Person I have mentioned in the Video. His prices are genuine as I follow his post regularly.

In PVD Kolkata penalty is 300 per month and a onetime charge of Rs.700 approx. If ur RC expired since 5 years, penalty shall be 300*12*5=18000, provided ur MV Tax must be upto date.
