2023 ZX4RR full unlock test of new Full exhaust and reflash
on the newly paved Laguna Seca track. The surface is much grippier with much greater mechanical traction and friction. Was running Pirelli SC3 tires in 160/60-17 Rear and SC3 120/70-17 Front. 33psi Front, 25 psi rear. Tires handled, gripped and wore amazing!
Tires warmers set to 75C.
Gearing: Stock, needs to lower gearing. Next change.
Vcyclenut ECU reflash and Yosh-replica header and Graves Ti slip-on rear canister.
Suspension: front stock with full preload. Shock stock but dialed near firm on C & R.
Zero Gravity Corsa windscreen.
Helpful to get a handle on the track, decent track, lines, etc. 
Shot with GoPro 11 Black. 5.0 hyper smooth. Looks fantastic and makes everything look so slow.

Lose a little speed to the big bikes on the straights, gain it back on the corners. Nice!

Do you have a Motorsport Exotica patch on your leathers? I might have been following you around for a bit in A group in the 2nd session. I thought I might be able to pass you a couple of times on my R3, but that damn ZX-4R has too much horsepower. Couldn't quite get close enough.
Wyatt Farris was riding my ZX4RR On some sessions. He was flying the Motorsport Exotica leathers. He’s a #1 AFM rider. Yes the ZX4RR has that extra bit of power to outpace the R3, Ninja 400 and RC390s. Which I have each in the past. My bike is putting out about 75RWHP in current tune.
@@williamonthewestside Oh, that was Wyatt I was chasing? Now I'm kind of sad I didn't try harder to pass him, haha. And yes 75 RWHP is just a little bit more than the 38 or so that my R3 puts out ;-) It was fun chasing him for a bit!

There are lots of excellent local Trackday providers. Zoom Zoom, Pacific Track Time, Fun Trackdays, Carters, Track Daz, Etc.

Are you fully utilizing the brakes or are you relying a lot on engine braking?
Very little experience with motorcycles so can't say for sure just looking at your speedo.
Using the brakes quite a bit. Not much engine braking on a 399 motor
