I don’t care how it flows, that’s awesome! And to pull it off without all the fancy CNC plasma stuff that most would rely on is incredible.
👍
oh hello there
didnt see you
creepin
Love it! The modeling career is bound to take off before the car stuff does though!
Maybe it will take me to Texas. Lol.
@@BlaserBuilds come on down, we can hit up all the places in Dallas!
Your thumbnail game is next level these days
Awsome to see you make what you want . Very talented!
Great job explaining the whole project at the beginning
This sounds like the music from that scene in the movie deliverance
I knew I should have used Makeba...
@@keving2371 I have no idea what they are. Just grabbed some random stuff from the CZcams library so it won't get copywrite hits.
Dame That a good looking floor....
Came out fantastic! Well done!!
You have some amazing talent my guy!!!
Awesome work and the pics at the end are hilarious
Lol.
All the weldz!
Respect that you try to tackle every aspect of a project yourself and not just pay somebody or buy ready made parts!
Good stuff man! I love me some 5356 too.
Nice intake!!! It’s basically a 2j now
FooJZ fa sho!
Awesome job on the design. Maybe one of those fancy metal 3d printers could do a full print based off this? Could add some interesting internal geometry while they are at it.
3d printing alloy inlets it's massively expensive, we found cnc'd billet or getting it one of cast much cheaper 😢
Beautiful 👍
Looks great bro!
Nice work! Looks great!
Thanks a lot!
Excellent work
Thanks.
Power to the long roofs...
Great overview of the intake. It turned out great.
Nice work Ryan. Can't wait to hear it run!
Nice job Ryan! I did some custom sheet metal intakes back in the 90's on Mustangs, and then some cast aluminum stuff on the 2.3 Ford stuff in the 2000's.
Nice.
👍
Looks pretty damn cool man. Ready to hear that fucker chooch
This intake is awesome . I had this idea awhile ago but wish I had the skills to back it up. Great job. Also got a good laugh from the intro of the “unexpected camera didn’t see you there” bit haha . Classic .
You did a hell of good job on the intake.
Thanks.
I was thinking about trying an aftermarket intake from a bmw m52 engine and welding a 4200 flange on
Very nice, one thought. Are you using a 2jz throttle body or the Envoy's? I know the Envoy is DBW but I'm guessing it's kind of small and obviously will take a little work to bolt it to that manifold. The 2JZ uses a throttle cable of course but the idle air motor is on the back of the intake plenum (those ebay manifolds don't have a provision for it) not part of the throttle body like GM usually is. They are also not perfect and last time I was looking at one were quite expensive. The ticket 10 years ago was to convert to a Honda remote style IAC. Just something to think through. Enjoy.
It's between an LS throttle or 2JZ. I didn't know that about the IAC though, good tip. I'll have to look into that.
How's the alternator clearance? Solid work there bud. Are you going to adapt the original throttle body to that as well?
Will have to relocate it lower.
Great job man. Let us know if you plan on selling this
I will eventually. Maybe run it for a year.
@@BlaserBuilds that’s awesome man. Im sure several in the 4200 community would want that
Looks great dude… what’s your plans for this build? Street car or drag n drive car?
Demo derby... lol JK 😜
Was thinking cruiser, but we'll see how that goes. It's a light car, so my urge will be try to go fast.
@@BlaserBuilds Would be an awesome sleeper for sure. Very unexpecting
Nice job! Not to be that guy but is that front runner going to get enough air?
Yeah it actually looks pretty good in comparison to the side view of a high ram, or some other intakes. Look at the Coyote ultra low ram base.
Nivlac57 made his the exact same way 3 years ago.
It had 3d printed runners and was never finished.
He did even better. He built his intake based on a 2JZ inspired intake giving a shoutout to the original builder. He gives credit for his inspiration as where anyone should. @@BlaserBuilds
@@kuntrryboy7078 You said it was the "exact same" which is not true. Nobody is taking anything away from Calvin. You're just trying to create drama where there is no drama...
