Hi, Clara here, last week, we talked about the KeyOn Alarm of Raycus laser. Today we will go on telling a solution of Raycus laser problem. It is the ACDC1 alarm. First of all, to reiterate the premise, whether it is your machine or laser, as long as it is within the warranty period, please contact your supplier for help and solutions as soon as possible. Don't look for similar questions and answers online and try to figure it out on your own.
When monitor tells us the alarm is ACDC1, No.1 power supply abnormal, or input voltage abnormal, we could get solution against the alarms by following steps.
1: Check whether the power supply is kind of loosen, try to reconnect them tightly.
2: Check whether the ground wire or PE is well connected.
3: Check whether the input voltage is stable. If 380V, the real time voltage should be 380V.
4: If the alarms appear after a while of cutting, turn off the laser and then power on it again, we can make cutting again, we need to check the water circuit, whether there is blocking somewhere.
