First of all, to reiterate the premise, whether it is your machine or laser, as long as it is within the warranty period, please contact your supplier for help and solutions as soon as possible. Don't look for similar questions and answers online and try to figure it out on your own. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea.
If there are alarms showing that temperature of the monitoring board No. 7 detection unit 4 is high and abnormal or the thermistor has a high temperature or the temperature of the output cable is high and abnormal, we can get the solutions by following steps.
1: Check whether the water circulation for fiber cable is blocked or volume meets requirements. We can turn off chiller first and then remove the water hose of fiber cable, see the outlet water volume.
2: Restart the laser source after 2 minutes and see whether the alarm is still there.
3: We can check the temperature of output cable is in standard range, we can find it from the monitor. The standard temperature should be in the same range as water chiller.
4: If there are no alarms after restart the laser source, but after a while of cutting, the alarm appears again. We need to check whether there are black dots in red light. If there are no black dots, please check whether there is water in lenses. If there are black dots, please check the lenses, probably one or more lenses are damaged.
