    This is great… for 20yrs I’ve used the Faldo preset drill.. but really struggled to incorporate into a full swing.
    The push down with left arm to achieve a wrist break is Mega.
    Thanks

    I have stopped thinking about positions and just focus on one swing thought. I recently started playing so badly and had to review what I was doing. I realised that I was getting way too focused on set ideal positions that was actually racking my game. I found a single golf channel that seemed to fit what I was trying to do. Hey presto back into nice consistent golf swing that is nice and repeatable and belongs to me and only me. None of this trying to look like Rory or Tiger. Nice content as usual though and no doubt will help loads of people

    I had a major issue with wrist hinge when I started. kept the club in line with a straight arm. this helps!

    If you can't properly hinge the wrists in the takeaway the whole swing will be lost. In my opinion

    Holy smokes! I’ve never thought about how the downward push of the left arm naturally hinges the wrists. Blew my mind. I have never heard about that. Always thought wrists hinged by force of the wrists themselves.

    Will a stronger grip make it easier to load the wrist? I have more of a neutral grip and feel like I set wrist more at the top of my backswing.

      Stronger grip will definitely help load your wrists

    I struggle with a cupped left wrist, am I hinging incorrectly or is there some auto correct that happens in the backswing?

    • @Boovda
      @Boovda Před 5 měsíci

      Depending on your grip, a cupped left wrist may not be a bad thing. How strong is your grip?

    Most of your video is good. Found little value here. Lots of chatting, and litte instructing. With both hands gripped on the club correctly, how and where does one set the wrists in the backswing (front on and down the line)?

    You're opening the face 😂 wrong!!

  • @tommyruff1286
    @tommyruff1286 Před 11 měsíci

    This is not hinging the wrists. You are extending the right wrist (dorsiflexion or cupping ) resulting in a flat left wrist . Hinging is ulnar and radial deviation. All you are doing in this video is causing confusion .
