    I can’t thank you enough for these tutorials. I purchased SM3 2 years ago and had found very little support and no tutorials whatsoever on YT. I’m a visual learner so reading a users manual wasn’t helping too much so I set it aside. My business is growing and I really need to get a handle on it. Thank you again!❤️

    Does SM3 average your cost of materials in a recipe? In other words, if I pay say $.50 an ounce for olive oil, and then next time pay $.60, will soap maker calculate COG at $.55 when I make my recipe?

    • @WalnutCreekBathBoutique
      @WalnutCreekBathBoutique  Před 2 lety +2

      No, it takes the most recent cost and inputs that as the material cost of a recipe - at lease this is how it used to be, it may have been updated to use the cost of supply lot used. I know there was a request for that some years ago. I just haven't kept up on it.
      Feel free to ask any other questions or ask for specific video topics - I'm out of ideas! 😊

      @@WalnutCreekBathBoutique thank you for responding! I joined the FB group you suggested and they were able to answer some questions I had that you didn't address in your videos. Just purchased SM3 today and I'm watching your videos again as I go through the set up!

    Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I know SM3 is a great program but I've been too intimidated to start. My first question: Is there a way to make the screens bigger? My over 40 eyes just can't focus on the small fonts and I can't find a way to maximize the box size to full screen.

      HI Sharon! I'm right there with you in regards to the eyes LOL - I am working on that, I think the more recent videos may be a bit better, I've got a few quick tips that I need to edit, I can see if I can zoom in on those - the quality goes down it I go too far with that.
      I actually thought about retaping some of these since I feel more comfortable doing them now and I try to be a bit more focused now LOL. But I may have wait until SM4 - good luck and let me know if you have any questions at all! I may be doing an SM3 Live to try to help people in real time soon

    Thank you so much for these tutorials! Such a great help. Question, where do you add milks, as in goat milk, coconut milk etc?

    • @WalnutCreekBathBoutique
      @WalnutCreekBathBoutique  Před 3 lety +2

      I have a category (folder) of Liquids. I put my liquid goat milk and coconut milk in that folder. I also have a "Powders" folder that I put my powder goat milk and coconut milk in. Hope that helps!!
      I'm considering having a CZcams Live event to help anyone that would like to join - is this something you would find helpful?
