Portia is the new Jonah, slightly different skills but equally imposing and awesome, scoring far more and intimidating the opposition as a game changer.
But today, her greatest strength is what she inspires, what she creates in the Black Ferns when other stars make the scores, with or without Portia on the field. She is without doubt, the greatest female 7s player to date. And there are so many other really great players in the Black Ferns, she just has the edge.
She is the best finisher, probably the best in the sport right now. Scary thing is wait till Kayla McAlister comes back from maternity. Might as well as well convince yourself 2nd is not a bad spot lol

She didnt play in the Olympic final having received a Red card in the semi, IMO that was the reason Aust won the Gold

@@savageee1084 Can't remember the reason, but it was only a yellow card not red. She scored the final try of the match but by then time was up already.
She did play in the final, earning a silver medal. Her mistake was knocking down an Australia pass instead of intercepting it. The yellow card was costly, and led to Australia winning gold.

Portia is the full package both as an offensive and defensive player. you'd be hard pressed to find another player that can match up to her full skillset offerring
Rajeshwar Sharma you obviously don't know what you're talking about. If you have watched the women's 7 circuit you would understand why she's been labelled as the best womens 7s player. Fierce on attack possesing speed, a great fend and step, fearless on defence with a willingness to draw defenders putting others into space. A highly skilled rugby player. A master of her trade
the Olympics is only every 4 years this girl and the team puts the hard yards day to day week to week to be number one every year it's like The all blacks they are or have always been number one for a long time having only won the world cup once till 2011 and 2015 like the title of the video sez she is the best player on the planet, not best Olympic player and ya can be the best player worldwide without competing in the Olympics to me the Olympics don't matter
